Hartford Magazine is looking for qualified candidates to join our winning team.
Here's How it Works...

Tell us in 250 words or less why you should get the job (yes, we will count them and penalize you for going over).

Send along a review of a restaurant of your choice.

The editors will then narrow it down to four candidates, who will then go out and review the same restaurant (we get to pick that one).

Those reviews will be posted online for viewers to read and vote on.

The editors will take voting into account when selecting our new reviewer.

Send your entries to Fork@HartfordMag.com by March 11, 2005.

Please note: Candidates chosen for consideration must agree to enter into conversations with Hartford Magazine for this position, which will require reviewing two local restaurants each month and submitting two monthly columns according to our deadlines. Candidates must agree to remain anonymous.

Internships
Hartford Magazine is looking for editorial, advertising, marketing, and
graphic arts interns. Applicant must have excellent computer, communication,
and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding
environment under tight deadlines is recommended. Internships are unpaid
but all Hartford Magazine Interns will gain "hands on" experience
in what it takes to create a custom publication. Interns should be available
to work a minimum of 8 hours per week. Please email or mail a cover letter
